Service Description

This modality is for those who would like deeper muscle work or more thorough joint relief. Come wearing clothes you would wear to a yoga class. This rhythmic type of massage takes place on a padded floor mat, allowing me to utilize my hands, arms, knees, and feet to create deep pressure and also assist you with many range of motion stretches. As with all massage, you will also experience pain, anxiety and stress relief. Expect to leave feeling increased energy levels and a greater range of motion in your body!
