Service Description

This is my most requested bodywork service. Expect a standard swedish massage (on a table using lotion) to relieve your everyday muscle tension and pain patterns. With your permission, I will also use emotional balance and energy release techniques to walk you through guided breathing and meditation as I work. Our goal is to align your mental/emotional/spiritual self at the same time as your physical body. Expect deep relaxation and a lift in every dimension of your health!
